To assist us in investigating a report, you are encouraged to communicate all of the information you feel comfortable providing. The information will be kept confidential, except as needed to conduct a full, fair investigation. You may remain anonymous if you so choose, except where required by local law.
Your identity, phone number or IP address will not be recorded or included in any report that is provided to Raymond James, unless you voluntarily provide such information.
