Joseph Franks, regional sales manager of private bank for TriState Capital Bank, is responsible for managing new, and managing existing relationships while actively participating in the drive to accelerate new loan growth and liquidity opportunities. Prior to joining TriState Capital, Joe served as a senior branch banker for a large bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance, with a concentration in corporate and personal finance from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
