Dustin Goldstein, Executive Vice President, Head of Treasury Management Sales and Strategy, oversees TriState Capital Bank’s Treasury Management sales, service, and implementation functions, as well as leading strategic growth and go-to-market initiatives. With a distinguished career spanning more than thirty years in banking, payments, and global treasury management, Dustin has held leadership roles at several prominent institutions. Prior to joining TriState Capital Bank, Dustin served as Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial Products and Deposit Sales at City National Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada. In that role, Dustin directed go-to-market strategies for treasury management, commercial card, deposits, foreign exchange payments, and cross-border referral activities, while managing a large, multi-level team nationwide.
Prior to his tenure at City National, Dustin held executive positions at U.S. Bank, Citizens Bank, and Fifth Third Bank, as well as international assignments with HSBC and ABN AMRO in Europe. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Bryant University. He also earned the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation since 1998 and obtained a Certificate in International Cash Management (Cert ICM) in 2001 from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (UK).
